When an order is sent back, please help us by including the order number it relates to and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.

Personalised Watches

Unless faulty, any watch purchased from with an engraving is non-returnable.

Faulty Product Returns

All watches are supplied with a warranty period of 36 months from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch. Watch straps and batteries are not covered by this. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed if accompanied with proof of purchase. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
